Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form we collect the name, mobile number and, if you provide it, the email address and message you enter. We also record which page the form was submitted from, any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through, your IP address and browser user agent. We do not ask for financial information, identity documents or any other sensitive data on this site.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry about this project: to call or message you back, send the price list, brochure or payment schedule you asked for, and arrange a site visit. Submitting the form is your consent to be contacted for that purpose.

Who we share it with

To process a booking we share your details with the developer and, where needed, with a lender you ask us to approach. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with unrelated advertisers or data brokers.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for up to three years, or longer where a transaction requires it for statutory or tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your record sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, have it corrected, withdraw your consent to be contacted, or have your record erased. To do any of these, email the address in the footer. We respond within 30 days. Withdrawing consent does not affect contact that already happened.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses a session cookie that is required for form security and keeps you signed in if you are an administrator. If web analytics is enabled, it records aggregate usage such as pages viewed and traffic source. You can block cookies in your browser; the enquiry form may then not work.
